Even if he isn't all that supportive of gay rights, he knows he's got a potential lawsuit on his hands. Especially with the "review the tape" remark. Mr. Xxxxxxx is probably in for some "sensitivity training" if they want to cover their ass legally. Anyone with half a brain (i.e. not the night manager) can smell that lawsuit about a mile away.
